Welcome to Crafty Canvas Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Crafty Canvas Co. is a Philippine-based small business offering stationery, paper goods, and creative products, including The Beloved and Lettered Mail Club.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.

Orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Payment

We currently accept payments through:

QR Ph
Online Bank Transfer
Bank Deposit

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please send your proof of payment to [email protected] within the same 24-hour period so we can verify and process your order.

Orders without proof of payment after 24 hours may be automatically canceled. Payments made for canceled orders are non-refundable.

4. The Beloved and Lettered Mail Club

The Beloved and Lettered Mail Club is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription.

Each mailer is a separate release. If you'd like to receive the next collection, you'll need to place a new order during the next sign-up period.

Mail club contents and themes change with every release.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
Provincial Areas: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location.

Current shipping rates include:

Metro Manila – ₱60
Provincial Areas – starting at ₱190

An additional shipping fee may apply if your package exceeds the standard shipping weight.

7. Returns and Refunds

All products are carefully inspected before shipment.

Because many of our products are made in limited quantities, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package by emailing [email protected].

Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your concern.

8. Product Photos

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Because many of our products are handmade or printed in small batches, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the product's unique character.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, product descriptions, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Crafty Canvas Co.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Canvas Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
