How It Works

• Each mailer is a one-time purchase and is not a monthly subscription.

• Orders are shipped on the last day of the month. If you order other items together with your mailer, they will be packed and shipped in the same package.

• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

• Want the next mailer? Simply place a new order when the next mailer is released—there's no subscription or automatic renewal.

Can I order other products with my mailer?

Absolutely! Any additional items purchased with your mailer will be packed and shipped together in one package.

Will every month's mailer be the same?

No! Each mailer features a new theme, fresh stationery designs, and a new faith-filled letter. Every release is unique, making each collection special.

What is your mode of payment?

We currently accept payments via QR Ph, online bank transfer, and bank deposit.

How long does shipping take?

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery location.

Metro Manila: Flat rate of ₱60.

Luzon: ₱70

Visayas and Mindanao: ₱110

An additional ₱50 shipping fee applies if your order exceeds our standard shipping weight.

But shipping on all orders above ₱1,000 is FREE.

What is your return and refund policy?

We carefully check and pack every order before shipping to make sure it arrives in good condition.

Because most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your concern and help you as quickly as possible.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We respond to emails, orders, and inquiries during these hours. We are closed on Sundays to spend time with our church and family, so any messages received on Sunday will be answered on the next business day.
