Provincial areas: 3–10 business days

We ship nationwide through J&T Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your package

Shipping fees vary depending on your delivery location.

Metro Manila: Flat rate of ₱60

Luzon: ₱70

Visayas and Mindanao: ₱110

An additional ₱50 shipping fee applies if your order exceeds our standard shipping weight.

We carefully check and pack every order before shipping to make sure it arrives in good condition.

Because most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your concern and help you as quickly as possible.

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We respond to emails, orders, and inquiries during these hours. We are closed on Sundays to spend time with our church and family, so any messages received on Sunday will be answered on the next business day.
